BIOGRAPHY
Rain focuses her practice on representing the firm’s insurance company clients in various complex coverage disputes, including those involving construction defect claims, commercial torts, cybersecurity breaches, and trademark disputes.
In addition to representing clients in various state and federal courts across the United States, Rain is adept at counseling clients on litigation strategies and settlement plans.

Previously, Rain was an associate in the insurance coverage practice of a New York-based insurance law firm. Before that, Rain served as a litigation associate at another New York firm, where she represented private equity companies and business owners.Outside Nicolaides
Rain enjoys long-distance running, hiking, non-fiction, and baking sourdough bread. She also serves as a volunteer mentor at iMentor, whose mission is to build mentoring relationships that empower first-generation students to graduate high school, succeed in college and career, and achieve their ambitions.Rain is native in Chinese and proficient in German.
