Daniel I. Graham, Jr. Elected Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel
Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel I. Graham, Jr. has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC).
Founded in 2012, the ACCC is the preeminent organization of attorneys in the United States, Canada, and Bermuda representing the interests of insurers and policyholders. Its mission is to advance the creative, ethical, and efficient resolution of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes; enhance the civility and quality of the insurance law practice; provide peer-reviewed scholarship; and foster strong relationships across the insurance industry.
Dan, a partner in the firm’s Chicago office, focuses his practice on representing his insurer clients in complex coverage disputes involving privacy, emerging technologies, and intellectual property disputes. In addition, Dan speaks and writes on evolving issues involving insurance law.
Fellowship in the ACCC is by invitation only, extended to those who meet the organization’s rigorous criteria and are nominated and elected in accordance with its bylaws and membership guidelines.
