Alex litigates insurance coverage and bad faith disputes involving commercial general liability policies in state and federal courts across the country. She is adept at evaluating and analyzing insurance coverage issues to help clients manage risks and successfully resolve claims.

Alex is a certified mediator through the Center For Conflict Resolution (CCR) in Chicago, where she volunteers her time mediating civil disputes.

Before Nicolaides

Alex was an associate in the insurance coverage practice group at a full-service law firm, where she regularly handled and advised clients on complex insurance coverage and bad faith matters involving general and professional liability and directors and officers (D&O) liability. Before that, Alex held a variety of law clerk, legal assistant, and intern positions at law firms across the United States. 

Outside Nicolaides

A DIY and organization enthusiast, Alex can often be found planning her next project. She also enjoys exploring different coffee shops, traveling with family and friends, and is the proud aunt of six nieces and nephews, who she visits in Texas often.
