About the Partners
Dave Rock focuses his practice on insurance coverage litigation, serving as coverage counsel to domestic and international insurers for the past ten years. Dave advocates for clients in declaratory judgment actions, appeals, and mediations. His experience includes complex insurance disputes involving bad faith, commercial general liability, directors and officers liability, errors and omissions, excess general liability, first-party property, and professional liability.
Emily Steinberg focuses her practice on resolving insurance policy disputes and counseling clients on issues of claim coverage. She draws on her experience litigating complex medical malpractice claims and her education in the hard sciences to offer her clients a unique perspective and passion representation.
