Yevgenia has over 15 years of experience providing coverage advice and litigating complex insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. Yevgenia has extensive experience with commercial general liability, errors and omissions, professional liability, cyber, and many other policies and claims. 


PRO BONO

In addition to her insurance coverage practice, Yevgenia has been representing unaccompanied minors in immigration proceedings on a pro bono basis for over five years.

Before Nicolaides

Prior to Nicolaides, Yevgenia counseled domestic and London-based insurers regarding coverage and litigated a breadth of insurance coverage matters at international and California-based firms. Yevgenia started her legal career as staff counsel at a property and casualty insurance company.

Outside Nicolaides

Yevgenia enjoys spending time with her two elementary-school-aged daughters and exploring the hiking trails of the East Bay regional parks with her rescue dog, Luna.
