Daniel has more than a decade of experience representing insurers in high-stakes civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. 
He advises insurers on complex first-party and third-party coverage issues, representing them in bad faith litigation, declaratory judgment actions, commercial litigation, transportation litigation, and non-litigated insurance and reinsurance matters.
 
Daniel is frequently retained early in the claims process to assist insurers in resolving difficult or sensitive disputes before litigation arises. He regularly prepares comprehensive coverage analyses and strategic opinions across a wide range of policy types, including property and liability coverages.
