BIOGRAPHY
Brett represents insurance companies in complex insurance coverage matters in state and federal courts across the country. These matters often involve claims of bad faith, environmental contamination, and toxic torts.
Brett also helps his clients analyze coverage issues involving primary and excess general liability, professional and management liability, and other commercial liability policies.
