Andréanne represents insurance companies in litigated and non-litigated coverage disputes regarding first- and third-party claims and alleged bad faith in state and federal courts nationwide.
She helps her clients analyze coverage issues involving commercial general liability policies, commercial property policies, automobile insurance policies, and homeowners’ insurance policies, and involving claims of bodily injury, property loss, arson, natural disasters, construction defect, negligence, intellectual property, defamation, motor vehicle accidents, and uninsured and underinsured motorist issues.

In addition, Andréanne has obtained favorable results for her clients through alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation.

Before Nicolaides

Before joining Nicolaides, Andréanne was an associate in the insurance coverage and bad faith litigation practice groups at a full-service law firm. She also served as a law clerk for the Children’s Law Center in Sacramento, California. While in law school at the University of California, Davis School of Law, Andréanne was the research assistant for Professor David Horton, where she researched, analyzed, and collected data for various projects related to trusts, wills, and estate planning law. Andréanne was also a senior articles editor for the UC Davis Law Review and served as the treasurer of King Hall Women’s Law Association.

Outside Nicolaides

Andréanne enjoys spending time with friends and family, alpine skiing, reading, cooking, and baking. She also enjoys walking and hiking with her husband and their dog. Originally from Quebec, Canada, Andréanne is fluent in French.
