On March 7, Amy J. Cassidy will serve as a panelist during a session at the ABA’s 2026 Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar, an annual program that brings together leading insurance practitioners to address recent developments and emerging issues in insurance law.
Amy’s session, The Risk That Never Ends: Insurance Coverage for Long-Tail Claims in 2026, will provide an overview of insurance coverage issues arising from long-tail claims, including both historical exposures and emerging risks. The panel will examine key coverage considerations implicated by long-tail claims, including trigger of coverage, allocation and scope of coverage, number of occurrences, and frequently invoked exclusions, as well as evolving risks that may shape long-tail coverage analysis in the years ahead.
