Nicolaides Welcomes Chad J. Thompson as Chief Operating Officer
Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP is pleased to announce that Chad J. Thompson has joined the firm as chief operating officer (COO). In this role, he will oversee day-to-day operations, systems, and processes, and work closely with the firm’s Executive Committee to implement strategic initiatives aligned with the firm’s short- and long-term priorities across key functions, including human resources, information technology, legal operations, marketing and business development, office administration, and talent acquisition.
