Nicolaides Announces 2026 Partnership Elections

About the Partners
Nicholas K. Low (Dallas) represents insurers in complex litigation in state and federal courts. He draws on years of experience providing coverage analysis and strategic counsel to commercial lines insurers, advising clients on coverage disputes, Stowers liability, and bad faith claims.
Conor J. McCall (Dallas) focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling. He advises primary and excess insurers on claims handling, policy interpretation, allocation, settlement strategy, and bad faith avoidance. His experience spans a broad array of coverages, including commercial general liability, property, auto, cyber, directors and officers (D&O), errors and omissions (E&O), fiduciary liability, and employment practices liability. He also represents insurers in contractual and extra-contractual disputes across the country.
Meaghan A. Minalt (Chicago) centers her practice on insurance coverage litigation, leveraging extensive experience in coverage analysis, claims handling, and litigation strategy to support the firm’s clients.
