Amy J. Cassidy (partner, Chicago) will co-host a roundtable on issues related to insurance coverage for climate change at the American Bar Association’s 2024 Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar on March 8, 2024, in Tucson, Arizona.
 
Amy will be joined by Exxon’s coverage counsel Greg Rubio to discuss a broad range of issues related to insurance coverage for climate change, such as:
  • Key coverage issues related to climate change liabilities. 
  • Trends in climate change-related lawsuits.
